The Begining
Chef2thebone started in 2017 out of the home of Chef Reginald and his Wife Chave'. They would prepare meals, and deliver them to neighboring community every Wednesday & Friday. Within a few years time, their delivery service grew so big, they had to hire more drivers and were delivering to most of the Inland Empire.
equipped with a 10x20 tent set up, the Chef2thebone crew would also do events on the weekends, mainly setting up on the corner of University & Park in Riverside, CA! It was here where they got their name!!
Meet the Co-owner/Chef
Chef Reginald has been in the culinary industry for almost a decade and a half, developing his skill set at an early age. Working in a variety of culinary environments has given him the necessary experience to professionally
operate a thriving kitchen. Settings such as fast food, a delicatessen and
Chinese restaurant matured his passion for the hospitality industry. Cooking
for celebrities and high- profile clients (like Merle Haggard, Kevin Hart, and Dancing
with The Stars to name a few) were some of Chef Reggie’s greatest learning
experiences. Leading the kitchen for the two of the Inland Empire’s premiere
entertainment venues equipped him with an arsenal of industry experience which
helped kick start Chef2TheBone LLC.
